so proud about using leek from my garden!! hehe. or rather, I didn’t have other suitable vegetables to put in, so I thought I’d use the leek. the curry paste had abit of a kick to eat. but the leftovers for lunch the following day was awesome. good to eat with heaps of rice! =)
