just some tings.

the dish smelt really awesome but I haven’t had much success with seafood pasta, apart from garlic chilli prawn pasta. bah. Twice I’ve cooked crab pasta (using canned crab) but nope. Still didn’t taste good. This time I think I overcooked the pasta, and I didn’t reduce the stock enough.

Maybe someone will have better luck than me?
