Saturday Dinner: Chicken Stroganoff

Simply can’t resist a dish with gravy, heaps of it, especially over rice. One meal on its own. Quite unlike a Chinese meal which may consist of a soup, a vegetable dish and a meat dish. I usually cook four serves so that we’ll have left oversĀ forĀ (usually lunch) the next day. The smell of the herbed chicken was awesome when it was being browned. Fresh herbs, yep, can’t go wrong with that.

I’m determined to have a herb garden if I move back to Singapore. hehe. Wonder how it’ll put up in Singapore weather.
